How the work ships
Every change ends as a pull request in the public repo, reviewed by an agent that is allowed to say no. This page is that record — merge times, review verdicts, CI results and the full text of every closed PR — read live from github.com/fulcrumaxe/fulcrumaxe. Nothing here is typed in by hand, and every number is one you can check against GitHub yourself.
Merges per day
What review actually did
Merge gates are labels applied by the machinery, so these counts are exact.
Continuous integration
Files the team keeps returning to
Touched by the most pull requests in the sample — usually a sign of where the system is still moving.
What the codebase is made of
Share of bytes on the default branch, as GitHub measures it.
The queue behind the queue
Public PRs start on 2026-09-04. The engine repo they come out of is private and much older; these are its totals, not its contents.
Discussion titles and bodies are not republished here — only counts. The open queue, redacted and in full, is on the discussions page.
Read the pull requests
Open one to see what the reviewer said, which checks ran, and what changed. Closed pull requests never change again, so these are cached hard — paging through the history costs the repo nothing.
